Moments of Pink

Tonight is Stormin's junior prom. He had a crazy schedule today with less than one hour between band/orchestra large group festivals and time to head out to prom.

(Moose was also at the music festivals for the day. They were told orchestra played the best they've been in the last 20 years. Hooray!)

Of course, since something always has to go wrong, Stormin' had a minor wardrobe malfunction that needed repairing before he could head out the door. This meant it was difficult to get him to stop for a quick photo op. But, he was kind enough to indulge me for a minute.

Love the PINK tie!

Pink roses for the corsage too -- love it!

Stormin' and his date decided to go in a group of couples. They went to eat here and I understand they all loved it. I did get a few details via text messages between dinner and trying not to get lost on the way to the dance, which is on my college campus.

I had my own pink adventures today. I got to really work out my big Christmas present.

I made about 150 brownies for MustangMan's concessions at the car show. If you want a recipe (which I can now make in my sleep) you can go here.

He looks so handsome! I loved prom! Also, Mike used to be the Executive Chef of CU! Too funny! I hope Stormin' had a fun night!

Sweetpea and I are in awe about just how handsome someone looks! I hope that all the couples had a great prom night. I just hope that his wardrobe malfunction didn't take him to the brink of tears like we had here a couple of weekends ago with a jewlery malfunction.
By the way...150 brownies? All I can say is WOW! Oh and are there any left? :)
Hope you have a great week and Congratulation early on the graduation!

Stormin' congrats! I loved my prom too...although I thought post-prom was the best.

What did you eat at CU? The menu looks pretty spectacular.

If you think my hands are full, you should see my heart!
