My dear chef-in-training received a great compliment the other night. The restaurant owner had come into the building and ordered multiple items to do a spot check. He sent kudos to my Kodi for his work.
It was exciting to have him move onto the schedule with actual chef duties, then he received this great compliment, and it gets even better. They hired two new dishwashers to replace him ...because Kodi has proven himself and will not be a dishwasher anymore. They are also increasing his hours so he can do work study during his senior year. Go Kodi!
